The Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree program prepares the graduates to enter a dynamic and rapidly changing field with career opportunities in Electric power, Integrated circuits, Robotics and control, Computer hardware and software. The demand for electrical power is increasing rapidly and there by the Electrical Engineers are in great demand to meet the requirements.
Electrical Engineers are mainly employed in industries manufacturing electrical components, accessories as well as Research and Development departments which work on energy saving devices and systems.

Labs
Spread over an area of 1,000 Sq.fts, the Department is equipped with 6 labs, departmental library, and classrooms with modern teaching aids and staff rooms. To the comprehensive and contemporary Electrical Machinery Labs, Power Electronics Lab and Electrical Workshop. The Control Systems Lab and Power Systems Lab are now being added.
